(Weeks 0-2)

First we look at how your body is actually moving. We assess posture, walking mechanics, and where joints and muscles are compensating. This shows us why you’re in pain — not just where you feel it — so we know exactly what needs fixing first.

PHASE 2

Rebuild The Foundation

(Months 1-3)

Next we start correcting the imbalances putting stress on your body. We improve spinal position, ribcage and pelvis control, and help key muscles like your glutes and core work properly again. This is where pain often starts to ease and your body feels more supported.

Retrain How You Move

(Months 3-6)

Now we carry those changes into real movement. We retrain walking, standing, and everyday motion so your body stops falling back into old habits. You begin to feel smoother, stronger, and more comfortable doing normal daily activities.
